  • Mapping Notes and Nodes in Networks


    A project which tries to develop methods to analyse/visualize potential meaningful relationships between artists and intellectuals by combining biographical data with relevant contextual information. A pilot study will bring together three complementary, but heterogeneous (meta)datasets: Biographical Reference Works (HI-KNAW), Ecartico (UvA) and Hadrianus (KNIR) and will explore potential relationships in biographical data and cultural networks in the creative industry in Amsterdam and Rome in the Early Modern Period.
